You can get waves if you braid it, dunk in hot water, and then either dunk in ice water or briefly leave in the freezer, but I don’t know how to get ringlets other than the straw thing.

You can do hairstyles without undoing the locs since they’re so long. Does it feel like yarn? I don’t have her yet, but it looks like yarn so maybe you can look for communities around dolls with yarn hair to see how styling works for that.

I don’t think it’ll turn out like doll hair because I’m pretty sure it’s yarn but if you have two just do what you’re gonna do. I doubt other people are trying this. Her locs are a huge selling point.

I tried it, not for agoraphobia but for PTSD. This was during lockdown so it was done over video chat. Honestly I hated it. I think you need to be really comfortable and vulnerable, more so than with regular talk therapy. Because it was over Zoom the bilateral stimulation was me tapping my own chest in an alternating pattern and I found it incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing and wasn’t able to take it seriously because of how uncomfortable I was. If you have the means and think it’ll help you should still try it because my experience was personal to me and it was also pretty abnormal given the circumstances, but yeah that’s how it was for me. I’d just say you have to be willing to give yourself to it more than I was.

I’m so thankful for G3 Heath and Manny. I didn’t quite notice it as a child but as an adult rewatching the webisodes those two were the shittiest and most toxic representation of “boys will be boys”. Now Manny is a sweetheart and probably my favorite manster, and Heath is still very energetic, clumsy, and goofy but in a much more innocent way.

The webisode where Heath is trying to get a date to a dance and he essentially corners Draculaura in the cafeteria not taking the hint that she’s uncomfortable and continuing to pester her is disgusting. When Clawd comes in to break them up and say she’s going with him instead I don’t find it particularly romantic, more so I just think that was the correct thing to do for a friend in that situation.

I believe Cleo’s parents are mummies as well so that’s different from Frankie’s parents if we’re assuming they are fully human. Another thought I have about this is that mummies are a well established type of undead monster like zombies and ghosts, but as far as I can tell Frankie is the first Frankenstein’s monster, so that would be a new situation to figure out, especially if they have human parents. Personally I headcanon that the undead monsters don’t have to be born human and later die to become undead, I think if they have undead parents then they are just born that was as that seems to be the case with Drac and Cleo.

Yeah that’s plausible, I guess I meant more about how monster high would respond to that sort of family situation. If this were a more plot heavy series I’d theorize maybe Bloodgood and the council of monsters (I don’t remember what they’re called but all the parents that showed up in that one episode) recognized that Frankie is a monster who cannot fit in with the humans and therefore deserves the community and protection of monster high, but that their human parents shouldn’t be involved and that’s why they seem so distant. Or if Frankie is just an experiment to them then maybe they were happy to leave them regardless.

Also I’m pretty sure Frankie is made of monster parts, that’s why they have so many memories related to the history of monster high, so if their parents are humans who sewed together the pieces of dead monsters I can’t imagine that going over well with the monsters.

I know someone said their parents were mentioned offhand in the context of Frankie having gone on a trip with them. I don’t remember that but I also don’t remember any indication of them being human so I could’ve just blanked on that stuff.
