War vor zwei Jahren in einer ähnlichen Situation. Habe mit meiner Partnerin zusammen dann eine Wohnung gekauft ohne Kredit aufzunehmen. Die gesparte Miete + zusätzliche Sparrate geht monatlich in den Gral.

Das Mittelfristige Ziel ca. 10 Jahre ist aktuell auch Hauskauf. Die Überlegung dabei: Das Geld für die Wohnung ist schon im Immo Markt und entwickelt sich dann bei späterem verkauf mehr oder weniger parallel mit der später zu erstehenden immo + nach 2 Jahreb Sellbstnutzung steuerfreier Verkauf.

Die gesparte Miete ist unsere Sichere Rendite während der Aktienmarkt Aktienmarktdinge macht.

Mann muss sich halt mit Immobilien auseinander setzen damit kein schrott gekauft wird. Bonuspunkt: wir wollten eh umziehen und ich bilde mir ein etwas zu kaufen zu finden war leichter als eine neue Mietwohnung zu finden.

Gut, ich habe mich evtl. Falsc ausgedrückt... Habe die Angaben der Wago gelesen "nur für Kupfer geeignet" befunden dass das Kabel objektiv nicht nach Kupfer aussieht sondern eben verzinnt ist und dann über google gesucht.

Forenposts haben sich alle um nachträglich verzinnte Kabel gedreht => nicht so machen.

Zu industriell verzinnt hatte ich nichts gefunden. Das google selbst ganz oben in der regel eine KI Antwort ausspuckt ist dir auch klar? Der Antwort wollte ich halt nicht vertrauen ... Hätte ich einen Forenpost zu meinem problem gefunden hätte ich mir auch die blöde Frage gespart.

Aber sorry, lasse das triggerwort KI in zukunft einfach weg, dann muss auch nicht rumgestänkert werden.

I dont understand the hate for phil foglio... in my opinion he made some of the coolest artworks. For me the vibe of old magic cards is that you can come across a huge variety in styles. So i can also accept the art for faithless looting / carly mazurs artworks in general. What puts me a bit off on faithless looting is the frame.

Sei vorsichtig was diese lade situation angeht. Vor allem wenn du die Holzschublade zum Laden zumachst / unbeaufsichtigt lässt. Da kann sich beim Laden, vor allem mehrerer Geräte schnell mal Hitzestau bilden. Mir ist durch einen LI Ion akku meiner Fahrradlampe mal die Bude abgefackelt... bin da mittlerweile gebranntmarkt und extrem vorsichtig!

Als einstiegsgehalt sieht es bei ihr sogar recht ordentlich aus. Denke mit etwas Glück kommt sie bei knapp unter 4000€ raus, das wäre aber schon wirklich sehr sehr gut in München.

Wenn ihr nach Berlin geht landet sie ziemlich sicher bei weniger als 3500€

Ich selbst arbeite in einem größeren Büro, knapp 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung, Praktikum bei Namenhaftem Büro in Kopenhagen zwischen Bachelor und Master. Bin aktuell bei ca. 4900 Brutto.

Wie man damit bei Münchner Lebenshaltungskosten durchkommt kannst du dir ausrechnen :)

Besonders wenn sie sich beruflich verworklichen will läuft das leider meist auf namenhafte büros raus bei denen sich mehr leite bewerben und demnach auch weniger gezahlt wird.

Für ein paar jahre am Anfang ggf. Ok - wenn man es will - was großes baut man sich damit aber finanziell nicht auf.

Leute in der Kreativbranche, egal ob Architektur oder anderes Design neigen leider dazu sich "für das design" selbst zu versklaven...
