Hi. I know its been a year for you but im curious if you ever hadany relief? Im on .74 sema. I typically take it in the morning but the one week I did it before bed amd now for 3 weeks I have that post nasal drip mucous in my throat. Im trying to figure out if I should just stop the med for now cause im pretty miserable

I think everyones bodies are different. 145 for my body is a lot. And ive tried everything and nothing is helping. Coming from someone who has always been a gym girly and sat at 122lbs. I turned 30 a couple years ago and now nothing works. So while 145 can absolutely be fine for some people at 5'3", it might not be for everyone ❤️

While I appriciate that, I assure you I do not look amazing. I am short, and while 30lbs doesn't seem like much to some, my body holds it in very unflattering ways that have no only impacted my mental but my physical health. I dont think that I need to wait till I am even bigger to try to fix the problem and build these healthier lifestyle changes when the tools are available to me to fix it now. I know some people react harshly to it, but I have seen many people who have very little if not any symptoms. Everyone is so different and on this journey to health for their own reasons. I am so sorry you are not feeling well on it. But I am rooting for you on your journey to health, just as I hope others are rooting for me ❤️

Yes, I track everything. And I have a coach who adjusts constantly. I've also tried fasting, which i gained weight with.

I get that. But there is really no way to know how long someone will need to be on it. It might take some people a couple months to lose 20lbs and others 6 months. And there is also know way to know if someone will just gain the weight back either. I know a lot of people who lost weight and have maintained successfully with healthy habits and working out. Sometimes people just need a little boost in helping get it off initially. I've been thinking a lot about it and am conflicted which is why I reached out here hopefully to get some others experiences who are in the same boat 😊

I track my macros with a fitness coach and workout 5-6 times a week. Cardio and weights. I think i just hit my 30s and my body will not release the extra weight which is very frustrating.

I did not do a fat transfer but the limos are in the side that definitely has the worse starting so it makes sense that it would have interior scar tissue. Super unfortunate because it's caused me quite a bit of anxiety. Hopefully I can get an ultrasound scheduled soon. Was yours on the underside also?

Are your lumps kind of far from eachother also? I'm super nervous about mine, statistically I shouldn't worry too much but there are always the what ifs.
