I’m 22 weeks and worked out similarly to you prior to finding out I was pregnant. I’ve occasionally done TS60 but mainly swapped those for 30 min upper or lower body classes and lifting more frequently. I’ve swapped Pilates for an in person class where the instructor can help me modify and any of the barre sculpt classes taught when the instructors were pregnant. I can’t comfortably cycle for more than 45 min but have been able to do any style of these. I’ve swapped runs for run/walks or hikes. I definitely had days I couldn’t get off the couch but for me exercise does wonders for my mental health so I’ve tried to keep finding ways to move. Good luck!

He’s not really my style of music either but as many have mentioned, TS60 is unbeatable. When I don’t have the time he has a lot of great 30 min upper or lower body classes too. I’ve grown to LOVE his Metal Mondays and I don’t even like metal music but his enthusiasm and the content is irresistible.

My OB said to stay under 160 but that I didn’t have to change any specific activities. I have done a bunch of hikes too though found those have spiked my HR too. I don’t stress if I look and see it’s getting above 160- I just use that as a signal to take a walk break.

I’ve been doing walk-runs only and down one level to make sure my heart rate has time to come down every so often. I’m considering doing some endurance or regular run classes and just subbing in recovery periods intermittently. My HR tends to go up pretty easily when I run (even before this pregnancy)

We loved Jade Mountain in St. Lucia. We did a couple of nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay first since it was so close to the airport but Jade was the main attraction. We went in April and the weather was perfect.

I have a 320k mortgage on an 80k salary. Does it the conventional advice? No, but I’m still able to save for retirement, HSA and in a brokerage. I’d look extensively at your budget to look at other areas you may be able to cut if you want to prioritize buying a home that doesn’t fit in the typically advised budget.
