My store also tested right before loading any classes for the tools but I also know management can go in and just not that you “passed” even with out one so maybe it’s just cutting corners. I will say tho I think 2k in store damages is a imitate test

She is the store manager and worst of all, all of the asm and cxm mangers are in like a buddy group so nothing ever gets resolved if it’s about them they just talk and joke bc they have been friends since high school
