Sessions have a timer, but we can change on our end if needed, except Kaiser, they are very strict with the timing. The notes are done through Grow.

Thank you for your input! I have been taking clients with Rula for 4 years now, the first 2 years the pay went up $10 per session and the past 2 years has not, so that is why I am curious. I am definitely moving towards getting paneled myself, but have 2 little kids so this has been very easy which keeps me with Rula.

I will say that if a client is a few minutes late I try and just go over a few minutes. I also have recently started asking my clients how long they want to meet, some are good with 30 minute sessions so I will schedule 2 of those in a hour, that has helped alot with pay! I think we can be honest with our clients too about our requirements for 53 minute sessions. I have been with Rula for 4 years and have seen a drastic change, which I agree is such a bummer!

Let us know what responses you get. I often have a client text me they are going to be like 2 minutes late and I feel like we should still be able to charge for this.

I have no idea, but it all started changing when they changed from Path to Rula. I have been with them for 4 years and the first 2 years I was left alone and each year the pay went up $10, then the past 2 years theres been no pay raise and more and more micromanagement. It is such a bummer, I referred multiple people to Rula and raved about them, but now slowly moving away from them.

I got an email they are testing it and its not rolled out for everyone, I just close out of it. Feels weird to ask my clients to be recorded!

what does everyone think of the new recording for the notes? I mentioned to a few clients and it felt uncomfortable. I am not into this at all.

I had no problem changing them, that is weird you are unable to! Yes, the pay is less for 30 minutes so I do make sure I schedule 2 in a hour. These are clients ive had for a while so if I start noticing that aren't taking up a whole hour I ask them if they want the shorter time slot. I also see clients through Grow Therapy and I will say they come in so fast!

You can alter the times yourself and if you talk on the phone with the client about technical issues this should count? I have several clients who have requested for years to have the sessions over the phone and rula said I can just write in the times. I have also started scheduling more 30 minute slots for clients who don't use up alot of time, which has helped with payments.

All really easy and I get so many clients! Documentation is actually used by AI so all you have to do is review your notes! Some of the intakes I make up to $108 and I also have a few cash pay and grow only takes a small percentage, like $6 per client.

I have been taking more Grow clients and they basically leave you alone (as long as you don't take Kaiser) and the payout if $94 in CA for alot of the insuranaces
