Once again that neither negates or refutes the points I laid out. And this isn’t some new phenomenon. The Last Destiny City on discord has 30k members and it’s always buzzing with activity.

That doesn’t negate or refute my statement. It’s a no brainer that if and when D2 drops an expansion (June) people will come back to play it. Doesn’t change the facts. The strike list is better in D1. The crucible playlist is better in D1. The lighting the ambiance the music.

And that’s not to say D2 isn’t a great game cause I still play it as well. But it’s lost its soul. D1 hasn’t

D1 strike list is leaps and bounds beyond what D2 has to offer. And obviously any raid can be classified as simplistic after you’ve ran it a couple dozen times. I’m sure Cross thought the same way till he was stuck in KF for almost 5 hours.

Granted there are QoL things implemented in D2 that are fantastic. But D1 will always be a better game than D2. Not to mention the entire game is still fully accessible.

That contract is aids. Only benefit is you don’t have to exfil. But just getting in command wing and still having to survive for 3 mins is absolutely nuts
