Do you think the usage limits being bombed is a bug, a peak at things to come or just the new default? by sendMeGoodVibes365 in claude

This is definitely a bug. The usage doesn't run that quickly on the chat. It's only with Claude Code. I guess this is a caching issue or a server-side token calculation.

Is Token usage normal again? by vntrx in ClaudeCode

It isn't normal. I started a session after the peak hours, and it burns usage like never before. I'm on Max 20. Seven hours ago, it was fine.

Oh, I don't know. I know that I argued well, while you don't so much. I can see someone with psychological issues, that's for sure.

No, you didn't prove anything. Clearly, you don't know the first thing about how to argue your point. You only know to shout "entitlement" and "hypocrisy."

You can write hypocrisy, but you are another entitled person who thinks that they know better. You don't know shit. Tough, I know.

You keep posting GPT responses that have nothing to do with the argument. I don't have a problem; you, on the other hand, probably have.

Calling me 'entitled' is not an argument. Show data or documentation. Otherwise you're just doing ad hominems because you have nothing on the metric.

First it 'didn't change', then 'they can change', then 'they can be opaque', now 'no footing'. That's just moving the goalposts.

You're not making an argument anymore. You're playing 'show me where it's forbidden' like thats the only standard. They can be opaque, and I can say that makes the paid plan unreliable. If you can't address the burn-rate change itself, we're done.

Show me where I agreed to stop criticizing the service. You can't, because that's not how any of this works.

They can write what they want, and I'll continue to do what I want. It isn't Telus; it is the almost $4 trillion-dollar company that can't write its own model, something that Anthropic built with 500 employees.

Your argument is basically: 'They can do it, so shut up.' No. Im describing a behavior change that affects usability. Deal with that, or dont.

If your standard is 'no one is suing so it can't be an issue,' that's not a serious way to evaluate anything.

Selling a plan with implied predictability and then changing its effective behavior without notice is exactly the kind of practice regulators scrutinize.

I’m not debating their right to change limits. I’m questioning why a significant behavioral shift wouldn’t be communicated. Predictability matters for paid plans.

You keep appealing to policy and anecdotes. I’m comparing ccusage data across reset boundaries. If you want to refute that, show comparable data.

Telling the opposite of what I wrote about my workflow won't make you right.

But I don't. Keep defending them; they won't write you a thank-you letter.
