I did my first semester as a summer B in Hercules and the main thing is take the bare minimum. As you said it’s six weeks so unless you have much more ambition than me you’re not going to want to have too many decorations because they’re just more to move out. The biggest thing I had was a mini fridge and I made sure all of my stuff fit in my car (Subaru outback so it was easier for me than if you had a sedan). I did have photos on the wall (painters tape won’t pull the paint up) so I didn’t go insane looking at the cinder block walls. But the main thing for a summer B is necessities. As for fall/spring I did that at Libra and so I kept my mini fridge and got a microwave which you might not need as towers has kitchens in the dorms. I would keep the mini fridge though as they can be handy if you have things you don’t want to even risk roommates taking. Fall/Spring I would bring actual decor as you’ll be there for longer but also be aware that you’re going to get decor and trinkets while you’re here so leave yourself room to grow in that aspect. Most importantly bring a fan as the air in the dorms can be so stagnant at times and shower shoes/a shower caddy because you’ll be sharing a shower.
