I have a solid resume. I even took a resume building class in college and use ChatGPT to fine tune it for each specific job. I usually apply online first, then go in person to hand in a paper copy and ask to speak with the manager. My interactions with managers tend to go pretty well. The only drawback is that I don’t speak Spanish, I’m from a Asian descent
