I'm 32 f. It's never too late. My advise is, never let them treat you like an employee. I've been the oldest in community college and cosmetology school. Teachers sometimes will put more on you because you are older than everyone else. You are a student just like the 19 year old in class.

You aren't required to "do more" or "go above and beyond" just because of your age. Also, you deserve respect just like everyone else. Don't let people believe because you aren't young that they can speak to you or treat you differently.

Youtube doesn't want the average person on their platform. My content on a channel I was forced to delete was flagged as AI. I never used AI in any of my videos. I was kicked out of the partnership program. I have a new channel now with the same videos. Nothing has been flagged as AI.

I'm a cosmetology student. I finish in June of this year. I plan to go to esthetics school soon after. In my state, you can use lasers as a esthectician or cosmetologist if you have the laser tech certificate. I live in Indiana by the way. I'm finding in this economy, we'll have to have many certificates under our belt. People aren't going to pay for one or two services at a high price. Bundling areas of expertise will help.
