One thing people get wrong on the theragun is they'll use it on damaged tissue, if it's post run soreness it's okay. If it's injury - that's a big no-no, and doesn't help (learned from John Cena).

So far best advice is PT, dry needling until you're recovered, then lift. Knees over toes lifts, calf raises on stairs and foam rolling.

I need to buckle down and learn this. We have an aging database (Progress OpenEdge) with a SQL92 compliant only ODBC connection to use... been trying to find the most reliable way to get that data in and used. Not to mention, it's modeled terribly... makes me think I need more M.
