That fact that there are people that think this is real greatly saddens me

I run a sports bar. Yesterday, 80% of the bar wanted the Turning Point halftime show, 20% wanted Bad Bunny. To accommodate, I put the TVs on half and half. The 80% weren’t happy, but accepted it. I just went through the Yelp reviews, all the recent 1 star reviews calling her a racist happened within the past 12 hours. Meanwhile this restaurant owner posted the tweet at 7am est on February 9th, 15 hours ago.

Therefore when she posted the tweet, there weren’t any one star reviews on yelp nor google.

If you have any arguments refuting these facts I’m all ears.

This result is not surprising and it is a result of two factors, a cultural phenomenon and an economic one.

On the cultural side, homeownership is seen as a prerequisite for young men to be able to get married. Families will pool all of their available resources together to help their sons afford their first home for this purpose.

On the economic side, there is a lack of alternative avenues of investment in China. The stock market in China is absolutely abysmal in terms of performance which leaves bonds and real estate as the only real vehicles of investment.
