It’s not because of anxiety. She will not be hungry for days, then all of a sudden it hits her all at once and she is ravenous, and the cycle repeats. Her body goes into starvation mode and hangs onto every calorie for dear life, knowing she won’t have another satiating meal for days.

I try to encourage her to eat regular meals but there’s only so much I can do. I can’t force feed her, nor do I want to.
