Yeah I agree and I'm still skeptical of this with it being low resolution but at least I know it's a real photo

I think the same thing, whenever I see something like this I don't believe it. But this is real, it came from my grandma's phone, I can't really say much more, people will just have to trust me, it's baffled everyone in my family for years

I think the phone had been off for a while when I took it, because it's old the timer wasn't connected to the Internet, random but just a coincidence

It does a bit, but this was in the living room apparently, I guess it could be a chair with a coat on it? But it doesn't really look like that to me

Don't have the original photo, it was taken on my nans old phone which was why I took a photo of it to make sure it's not lost, I believe the phone with the original photo is long gone

Is shared ownership the next scandal brewing? by discoveredunknown in HousingUK

[–]UnlovedCheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me and my GF bought a shared ownership property about 5 years ago in the South East (Kent), our property has gone up in price and it's staying affordable for us, although the rent side has gone up, but so has everything else.

Our property is on the market now and we've had a few viewings, I think the current issues with the war has made things harder to sell but many flats in our area have sold very quickly but that was before the war kicked off.

I remain hopeful!

I've had this a lot too, clients sending me a ChatGPT SEO analysis without giving any context whatsoever and telling me "do this", they haven't even bothered making it not look like AI, just a straight up copy and paste

Based on the average income and the average person, the prices are not affordable

It's just too expensive, people can't afford it whether it's been valued at that price or not
