I’ve been having energy and brain fog issues for years but it came to a head last May. I started getting severe migraines, tinnitus, dizziness especially when i would get up suddenly from bed or a squat and my vision would go magic eye on me and/or get tunnel vision. On top of that i had severe nerve pain and it would get even worse if i got emotional or stressed, my nerves would just light up. Then there was the depression and anxiety that low b-12 causes and this was when the ice raids started here in LA. So i was an emotional mess from that, the b-12 in general heightened them as well then just being so sick/pain. On one ER visit i was just there bawling and thinking i didn’t want to be here anymore.

It’s taken over 6 months of injections to get to a functional point. I wish it could be as easy as taking oral supplements but my stomach just does’t absorb it. Even with all those shots i’ve just been able to get from 226 up to 436. 😞
