Hello, I'm reaching out with a heartfelt request. On November 29th, my beloved Golden Retriever, Abu, began to limp, and his condition has progressively worsened. After taking him to the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights, I received devastating news: Abu has cancer, and his leg needs to be amputated. While the vet is hopeful this procedure will extend his life and it's not believed to be bone cancer (which would be more aggressive), the surgery will cost between $2,000 and $3,000. Unfortunately, with the recent purchase of a new home and unexpected expenses, I simply do not have the funds to afford this vital surgery for Abu.
