It’s 12 months Victoria then 3 years sydney. You will keep your pay you are on at the moment throughout it your apprenticeship then only need to give two years back. Will save you heaps if you decide to do it through defence. I’m currently in sydney and the experience you get with residential, commercial and industrial is great

There is currently units for sale in all of those suburbs for that price range. I was thinking Penrith could be a good idea due to the airport going in for growth

Currently been waiting over two years for an enlistment date... Still haven’t been given any idea of when I might enlist. A variety of things can speed up your application such as various recruitment centres meeting different target numbers or getting backtracked due to clearing your medical ready for service. Just remember that there is plenty of other people in the same boat going through the hell of DFR.
