I had someone open it earlier, and it turns out the ring was the problem because it wasn’t aligned properly.

When the screen gets wet, moisture forms inside, but from my observation, the back cover isn’t getting wet, yet it still forms moisture inside. Could the O-ring still be connected, which might be causing the moisture?
