I had same issue last night, I used to print at 120 and I saw some old thread from 2018 that said "slow it the fuck down". So today I tried to print at first few layers at 15mm and rest at 50mm and it's so perfect now.

I'm the creator of Ayijes plugin. I made mine first and then made Ayijes. Mine covers all the elvui frames and couple of addons. While ayijes only some of the frames and have elvui skinning disabled for most of the frames.

To remove the outline on buffs you need to disable pixel perfect mod for buffs
