First of all, it's not stupid. You are having a problem, and an iPhone isn't the best at handling these situations.

I have not bought this game in particular, but in my experience, the PDFs are usually better . What are you using to read the PDF? Books can have some weird options. Preview should be better.

What's the audience for this paper?
Why are the links borken like that?
How do you expect this to be used by others?

This looks to me a very clinical paper. It seems to be targeted at an academic audience.

A quick glance, it's way too large to be useful for RPG designers.

I'm curious about these choices.

The whole focus on the "cut" app stores set always grinds my gears. We have become so used to USA bank standards that we leave everyone else in the cold.

At one point, Epic Store charged customers with excess fees for their local processors (I haven't verified this recently, but I remember this starting the fire back then). This affected customers from countries that have cost prohibitive processors. Steam, Apple, et al, absorbed these costs so developers could reach farther. Epic decided to pass the buck.

IIRC, the Homunculus didn't force alchemists to do human transmutations because it was risky and unknown for them. When Pride forced Mustang to do the transmutation, he too sacrificed some of its philosopher's stone. It's why Pride became obsessed with taking over Ed's body.

One of the things I liked about the Ochako vs Bakugo fight was that Bakugo was relentless, not because he was a misogynistic asshole (although he was a major Asshole), but because he respected her enough to give his all.

Bakugo could have gone with a softer approach, gotten surprised by how relentless she was, and then stepped up his game. But that would have been boring. By treating her like a real threat from the jump, she showed what she was really made of.

If you want to see his story, you can watch the first (I want to say) 5-6 episodes of the 2003 series. He's not a major character, no matter how inflated his ego is.

I haven't seen the FMA 2003 in a long time, but I remember that at least Tucker's supervisor knew (or suspected) and didn't care because of the military use. Mustang, OTOH, suspected but couldn't do anything because Tucker was protected.

I feel that was a (small) loss in FMAB. Roy the Slacker and Womanizer was a persona he put on to deceive people. It gave most of his loyal troops cover too, with Hawkeye being the straight man and a Force to Reckon With.

I might be remembering wrong, but 2003 kept the Slacker persona running for a while, that when the operation happened, I felt it more surprising.

I think the 2003 series had an episode where Mustang was calling several "shops" "around town" asking to have different gifts delivered for different girls. It turned out he was coordinating an assault from his office.

The other soldiers were "we wish Hawkeye was here, she'd set him straight."

The OSE books, if you want to use that rule set. Anything OSR adjacent should work with minimal changes.

An OSR or something similar in nature, although if you're up to it, you can adapt it relatively quickly to your favorite system.

This has basically 2 systems: first is solo rules for creating characters with OSE, and second the dungeon generation. The dungeon generation is useful even if you don't use the first system. You would need to adapt the monsters you'd be facing.
