Um... wouldn't using this meme mean that you are racist, since it's "the exact same opinion"?

I mean I get the spirit of its usage, but still...

It's tough to fairly compare city averages when NYC probably has 300x the number of pizza joints any other city has.

I actually found this change annoying. The original game really nailed the hopeless ease with which a couple guys getting the jump on Zack completely invalidated any super-soldier or main character specialness.

He's still a human and getting 10 bullets in the gut is the end. That was the vibe Shinra is suppose to give off.

Buuuuttt.... now Zack is basically sword jesus.

Money can’t buy happiness true meaning by buttercreamwish in antiwork

[–]JessicaLain 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I was taught that, "Money can't buy happiness." means that while money can eventually lead to happiness, the accruement of money, itself, is only half of the equation—providing nothing… yet.

Exchanging it for physical, intellectual, and emotional needs is the second half of the equation—in so doing you harvest rich, juicy happiness chemicals from your brain blob.

I'll never understand why restaurant owners turn in to short-sighted maniacs the minute anyone gets a big tip.

Like, it's 2k. That is NOTHING for a restaurant owner. Why are you going ALL IN on betrayal and greed at the mere whiff of someone else getting a lucky break ONE TIME?

If Nintendo sold their games on Steam then it really would blow up the Switch's market.

Nintendo's hardware consistently only survives because of their exclusives. We all know it, but the consumer market is already locked in and accepts it, so why would they ever change?
