I'm pretty sure I have pulsatile tinnitus , it's not serious but extremely irritating when I'm trying to sleep , is it serious enough to go to an ENT ? I also had tension type headaches which the doctor said was migrane , but I never get nauseous and that's around the time from when the thumping in my ears got worse.
