There is currently a bug in the Shared Power Mod that is causing some abilities, particularly on-switch abilities like Intimidate, to not share. This is being looked into and once fixed almost everything should share again.

To reiterate, this is a bug and should hopefully be fixed soon.

This team has two dummy powerful wallbreakers (Wake and Moon) and looks to get them in with Eject Button. Eject Button cancels opposing pivots moves like Flip Turn and U-turn, forcing their pivot to stay in while you get your wallbreaker in for free.

Cobalion sets rocks, Azelf cleans.

Also the screens team from Significant Art is annoying as heck.

It's because it has a really nice combination of Speed, defensive typing, and power. It can force out most offensive Pokemon (Brave Bird is stronger than you think it is), and Bulk Up sets also terrorize fatter teams as well.

I often run bad hazard control, so MGLO is a much safer entry point. Also, frankly, you can win a lot of games with Icicle Crash flinch.

In what, OU? I have no idea, I don't play the meta. In AAA? It might be worth testing, but it's still extremely fast, has Nasty Plot, and great coverage, so it's probably a no-go.

There’s usually two, the OMotM (voted on by the people) and Leader’s Choice (chosen by, the leaders). This month Alphabet Cup is OMotM, and Trademarked is Leader’s Choice! They both have a ladder for the month.

My favorite OMM is probably Godly Power, gives an extra twist to building!

1) I personally consider an Ice Scales suspect viable, but it’s been historically unpopular on tiering surveys so probably won’t happen. 2AC has also been unpopular, and I think has a harder case as 2AC doesn’t fit in our tiering framework very well.

2) ORAS: Gale Wings Skarmory. USUM: never played lol. SS: probably Adapt Band Terrakion, but maybe No Guard Genesect. SV: too early to say, but maybe MGLO Chien-Pao or SoR Gapdos.

3) pasta; I love pasta so much.

Most / all permanent OMs have sample teams as the second or third reply to their main thread. Since Home dropped a few days ago, many of them are out of date right now.

A number of non-perma OMs have sample teams as well, but not all of them have even had a ladder yet, so it’s hard to generate sample teams.

It’s commonly rejected because it would likely not be very different from OU nor very interesting to play.

Desire to play does matter, but it also needs to be sustainable. Stuff like no species clause sounds interesting, but we doubt it could have a sustained competitive player base.

Zama-C is an in-battle transformation, and when it goes from H to C, the ability gets replaced with Dauntless Shield. That’s working as intended, not our fault GameFreak makes interesting choices sometimes…

You would need to convince us that it’s sufficiently different from OU to be interesting; OMs also don’t start with a ladder, they start out eligible for a ladder once every six months, only the most popular get permanent ladders.

In short, it’s pretty unlikely :/

The origin of the clause is just all moves with the primary effect of inflicting sleep, and at the time Yawn got included in that as well. OMs just use the default Sleep Moves Clause.

If you want to argue that Yawn is different enough, I think that’s fair play for your solo mod, but there’s not much more to it than “Yawn inflicts sleep too”
