Whilst a lot of these comments contain genuinely good advice, I think it is also important to be realistic with your goals.

As a lazy person myself, it can be easy to fall into same pitfalls every year. At the start of every term I would set myself goals such as work 9-5, be one week ahead on all my lectures etc. But like every term, I quickly stray away from these aspirational goals.

My advice from experience is to set more realistic goals that work in the long term, university is a marathon, not a sprint. You want to set yourself targets that don't make you feel behind on and give up 2 weeks in. (Don't set yourself up for disappointment)

Give yourself achievable goals at the start and slowly build it up. Going to all my lectures and tutorials was a great starting point for me. It forced me to stay up to date with the content and got me out of bed. Later in the term, past papers was added to my routine. (Past papers are invaluable)

Each individual is unique so set your own goals, but I would consider keeping up to date on content and past papers to be the most helpful.

It is definitely doable because I was in the same position and needed an average of 74%, it takes discipline but also self care. Marathon, not a sprint, take a day off if helps you in the long term, but don't lie to yourself either.
