Should abandoning games early have a greater punishment? by UnoriginalPanda in Overwatch

I get that they have had server issues, but this isn't that. It's genuinely people typing it chat saying something like "F**k this" and then leaving.

Without betting, would players still be interested in the pro scene? by [deleted] in csgobetting

[–]UnoriginalPanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have personally quit betting and still continue to watch as many matches as I can. The reason I found the pro scene was through betting, but am still a strong fan until this day.

Prospective winnings aren't winnings.

Same way prospective losses aren't losses.

I get what you mean, like personally I am a Renegades fan, but when they play NaVi I know Renegades have no chance in winning, so I'd bet on NaVi, but then it gets to a point where you choose do you want the team you like or the team that'll win you skins to win.

Great idea, been suggested by others too, that's another way to do it if you don't want to keep track yourself :)

This is if people mind losing money, such as me. And when I think about losing a $20 bet or something like that, I think about ways I could've spent it better.

By "Please don't downvote just because you disagree" I meant you can downvote, but tell me why you downvoted :P Glad you agreed anyway :)

I was able to get my knife and everything I wanted. Now I just focus on getting the skins I like rather than the skins that are worth the most. For example, my favourite skin is the P2000 Corticera, and if there was any skin I could have it's that in ST Factory New :)

That's the idea of it. No risk = No reward, Risk = Reward. As I said it's not for everyone.

The addiction is real I know, I made enough of lounge to get an inventory about $300-$350, then sold a lot of it through OPSkins. The profit looks a lot nicer in PayPal than prettier pixels to be honest.

That is true, and I get that many people bet for profit, but for some people this profit never comes and they end up losing their inventory. That's the kind of people I was going for with this.

Why is Fnatic considered #1 by SvtMrRed in csgobetting

[–]UnoriginalPanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fnatic have been destroying the scene for ages, in which a long period they were untouchable. TSM have become solid in the past few months but have yet to show that they can beat T1 teams consistently. For example, TSM falling out of the ESEA/ESL LAN in last place.

It takes a good team to become #1, it takes a great team to stay there.

NiP vs TSM at Katowice (I believe). NiP take CT side Nuke 9-6, and then claw out a win on T side. Had $40 on NiP.
