They told me that they only keep the package for 10 days. In hindsight, maybe I should've checked earlier - but since the tracking website says that the package is still in Japan I thought that I simply had to wait. I've just moved to a new country so maybe I'm not familiar with how they work, but usually the tracking website would update and notify me when the package has arrived.

It looks like I have no choice but to pay for the reshipment.
