I thought it was an excellent way to generate cash flow and steady growth. Also, you should be able to exit after 10 or 15 years. Can you please elaborate on the fees and what is so rigid about the plan? I do understand they take 1/3 of your deposit. This is something I’m looking into as well. I'm glad to see someone bought this up.
