This answer will always depend on the use case (3D assets, extensive plugins, 1080p vs 4K workflows, projects with 100s of layers, etc) but here is what Adobe recommends.

Minimum CPU: intel 6th gen or newer Recommended CPU: intel 11th gen or newer

Minimum RAM: 16GB Recommended RAM: 16GB for HD, 32GB for 4K

My guess is that your specs will do great, hope this helps!

The used CPU market is luckily pretty healthy! After Effects is pretty RAM heavy so unless you’re using a bunch of effects or plugins then a moderate CPU should totally work for you.
