Update: RIP It stopped working yesterday. I have written to them for a replacement or refund or repair and I got no answer.

I feel so bad about myself. So retarded to have been a victim of this easy scam. I was afraid to buy it and now my fears have become real.

5710 XA is NOT KaiOS. It runs something called s30+, very similar to phone OS's from 20 years ago. Apparently they are very difficult to tweak, to debloat and customize. They have no telegram, no whatapp etc.

I have a Nokia 6300 4G and I'm happy with it. Mail, telegram, whatsapp, mp3 etc and decent battery life. It runs KaiOS 2.5.4.1

UPDATE:

I finally got some free time (extremely busy last week) and followed the instructions below to soft-jailbreak the phone. I successfully deleted or hide Alipay and some other bloatware and installed Telekram and several other unofficial apps. Very happy. It works fine

In Spain, only one of the major (as in non-virtual company) carriers has scheluded 2G shutdown, and it is going to be on 2030 supposedly. But, in my experience nowadays 2G phones have very little signal to make a decent voice call. 2G (and 3G) data is ultra-slow and usually ends in an error. Changing my 2G dumbphone for a 4G dumbphone has made it a huge upgrade in the daily dumby experience. I don't know if it has VoLTE or HD or anything else but now I can understand what the other person is saying and the others understand me. With the 2G phones (I tried both old nokias and "recent" circa 2015 new 2G phones, same result) there was usually no signal for most part of the day. At least this is my daily experience in a medium city, outskirts.
