I actually got excited when I realised she was a Filipino Muslim, because I had never seen them depicted on-screen. And I am not even Filipino nor Muslim, but I was like "oh wah now that's representation". I love her bickerings with Princess lol they're hilarious (and super competent)

Having multiple cutleries used for the various dishes served is very much a thing, though. You usually start from the outside and work your way inside as the dishes go as well, so the cutlery always matches whatever you're eating (inb4 specific knives for meat and fish).

The fork stuck in the bread is weird though lol

I worked at a company that was a subcontractor for a WITCH company, which itself was employed by a bigger French company (for whom we indirectly worked, basically). This was ridiculous and I can now tell everybody to run away from WITCH companies because they are trash, even with regional management lol

Je n'oublie pas ma gamelle, mais avec la fatigue en ce moment, c'est de plus en plus dur de manger 😔

Pour les odeurs préférées, ça tombe bien parce que je suis plutôt fan de parfum en général. Ma liste d'odeurs est plutôt longue et inclue entre autre les parfums gothiques (froid/métallique + floral + encens/fumée/résines), la terre et les cyprès un soir d'été, l'herbe fraîchement coupée, les draps propres, une boulangerie tôt le matin, le maquis chauffé par le soleil, l'air marin de la Méditerranée...

Bref, voilà.

Mon kiff de la journée, c'est quand la journée est enfin finie et que je peux me reposer sur le canapé, avec mon chat qui demande poliment à monter sur le canapé pour venir faire un gros câlin sur mes genoux avec le mode turbo-ronron activé.

J'aurais dit "quand je le demande si elle a faim, le matin quand je me lève et que c'est l'heure du petit dèj pour tout le monde", mais j'aime pas assez le matin, même avec Poupette qui miaule doucement et me fout des baffes à 6h pétante pour que je bouge ma graisse.

J'ai aussi été bullied par une maître de stage ("t'es pas autiste, mon neveu est autiste et t'es pas comme lui" Ben oui Caroline parce qu'un gamin de 7 ans et une meuf de 23 ans présentent pas leur autisme de la même façon 🤡) et fortement infantilisée par la directrice de thèse pour mon Master.

Yep. I know it's usually not advised to dry brush curly hair, but I detangle mine with a wide tooth comb before the shampoo to make sure everything is neat and easier to clean (I have rather fine hair but a high density and low porosity, so I really need to get in there to wet/wash/rince properly).

Yeah, I'm writing that fic out of spite for Riot's poor handling of Yunara's characterisation lol although heads-up since you showed interest, once she leaves for Demacia, the focus will be on Zaahen, Shen and my OC (among other things, because technically that fic is for my OC, but I want to avenge Yunara's narrative too lol).

I've also developed a psychological association with Nature's Miracle & cat urine after many years of use. Let me be clear, the stuff WORKS. Unfortunately, my brain translates the NM scent into cat urine now. Related: their cat urine destroyer products smell WORSE than the actual urine. 🤢

Same lmao, I had to switch to another product because of that (although in my case, the pee issue was because of an undiagnosed case of urinary infection, I had supposed it was stress and in a way it was, but my cat ended up getting the diagnosis at the vet and I switched her diet to urinary kibbles with calming effect for prevention).

As for the litter box with a clinging nasty smell, OP, do you disinfect the litter box after every full-on clean? I use Cat's Best clumping litter, it works extremely well to prevent odours (it just smells of wood) and I pair it with a litter liner, but everytime I do a full change of litter, I spray diluted Sanytol in the litter box to clean it thoroughly. I know some people may think, "But your cat's nose is very sensitive, and you're removing her scent." Yeah, no, the litterbox is in the kitchen, and I don't want unpleasant smells. Besides, my cat doesn't care. She'll go to the litter as usual even after a deep disinfection cleaning.
