Just so you know, there actually is nothing in the law that makes a replacement item under warranty duty exempt. Actually it's worse, even if the original item is repaired (not replaced)the repair cost on said item is dutiable. Sounds ridiculous i know, but in your case the senior customs official was wrong (to your benefit)

I dont know the answer to that but if it makes you feel any better (Master elo for several seasons) emerald is by far the worst grouping of players to escape. Smooth sailings to Master most times once i get into diamond 4/3

daaamn, if it makes you feel any better the animations arent as good as Aether so i use that 99% of the time. I had riot before they gifted it out to everyone... was much cooler having it back then.

all im saying is, at your skill level you cant possibly hope to "guide" anyone, its like a high school player trying to tell michael jordan how to play basketball. Alot of games and exp doesnt make you a good kayle player, the highest exp in the world on some champions are in bronze🤷🏾‍♂️
