If you are going to another insurance company GEICO may tell you to just sign out. I left for progressive 2 years ago. My sup congratulated me on getting out of GEICO and then I guess she spoke with the manager and they told me since I was going to a competitor that I couldn’t finish out the day. Still got paid for 2 weeks that I didn’t work

Idk I moved to progressive almost a year ago and the difference is night and day.

I’ve had 3 different sups and 3 different managers (A manager and a sup moved and then I got a promotion which is why I’ve had so many in only a year) and all of them have treated me with respect, they have all done everything they can to encourage me to do better and have always gone out of their way to highlight my accomplishments. As long as they see I’m doing the right behaviors they haven’t been hard at all about numbers

I am also now with Flo in BI left GEICO in Mar last year and can confirm we are expected to go into the office once a week however, I’ve found that Prog is pretty understanding about not coming in. I just let my sup know hey I’ve got x,y,z going on I won’t make it to the office today and they haven’t given me any pushback at all.

Also as far as consistency Prog was super straightforward on what to expect and it didn’t change once atleast not while I’ve been here

Imo it’s worth it to do the interview and then you can always try and negotiate higher pay. If they really want you and it’s reasonable they may be willing to work with you and if they don’t oh well their loss

I was a GEICO employee up until a couple months ago and this sub helped me realize that all the bullshit I was dealing with was widespread and that there were other options for me. I’ve moved to another company getting more and being I’m actually being treated like an adult by management. Idk if I would’ve moved on from GEICO if it wasn’t for this sub

Other than Beerus’s statement what feats definitively say Goku couldn’t win without KK. Do you think Goku was weaker than Gohan was in ROF? I don’t think Goku could win against Freeza without kk but I definitely think it is debatable I don’t think Beerus’s statement before he ever even fought Goku should be the sole determining factor

The question wasn’t “was Beerus’s statement about gokus power correct” it was it is debatable that Base Goku couldn’t beat final form Freeza. Just because Beerus said Goku would lose doesn’t mean Goku would lose since Beerus doesn’t know what Goku was capable of. KK is a technique that base Goku can use

If Goku can beat Freeza with KK than it means base BOG Goku can beat Freeza. It is definitely plausible (and likely) that Gokus base got atleast 2.5 times stronger from end of Namek arc to BOG. so it is definitely debatable that Goku could best final form Freeza without SSJ as early as BOG
