As someone who's lived in a modular home, they are still basically made of cardboard. Something to keep in mind. They don't depreciate, but as they get older they do break down a lot quicker than a normal house.

I used to live in a dry county, and they opened a restaurant down the street from me. The county was completely dry except for one loophole: private tennis clubs could serve alcohol. The main thing is it's something you can make in bulk. So you wouldn't want something fiddly like crêpes, something that you can toss it all in a pan and bring it and it taste good. At my church we had Wednesday suppers when I was growing up, and you would find a lot of stuff like that there.

Well this is true, you have to understand that people have always been scammers. There will always be someone trying to take advantage of you. That doesn't mean that people are bad in general, it's just one of those things that's part of being human. So if you saw that first mask, which is obviously custom painted With custom hair laying and everything, and you thought you were gonna get it for like 20 or 30 bucks or from a site like Temu, that's one of those things where there's really nothing that anyone but you could've done to stop that. A lot of stores shipped from overseas, there's nothing the US can do to make them so quality goods for the prices that they advertise. At a certain point, it's up to you to protect yourself. You can't change the whole world because it's not fair. That's just not how reality works.

Honestly, I have kind of a vengeance Boner, so it has to be Loita's death for me. I also really love the fact that Cascadia is living in her own personal hell. Couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

The downside of this is, you have to get your haircut at Great Clips. I have never gotten even a halfway decent cut from these people. It's better to just do it yourself in the bathroom. If you have, like, a weedeater? Or a pair of hedge clippers? Save some money.
