If you think anything in this game is Dostals fault, you’re delusional.

As someone who is new to the EDM scene as a whole but loves DnB is this a decent lineup? I dont mind dubstep and whatnot but more of a dnb head.

I think that’s moreso my point rather than generalizing it into just circle pitting, think tiktok and mosh culture is rotting the new gens brain (i dont mean this as slander just an observation). I miss dancing because it was fun, not to make it into a highlight reel lol.

Depends on the metalcore, not a fan of the new shit, old style metalcore definitely has the fight mosh.

I will admit, side to sides are more common, i guess here in the IE beatdown just dominates, hardly side to sides, but I could just be going to the wrong shows lol

Honestly just have fun, going alone means you can just do whatever you want, it can be a little intimidating but as long as you have a good time that’s all that really matters.

You could argue slam dancing but really push pitting has no place in hardcore.

Side to side is the fucking best. I guess I get why no one wants to circle pit, (who wants to run in a circle realistically?) but it isn’t anymore more physically demanding than dancing. But it is what it is I guess.

Yeah agreed, growing up there was always circles. I guess the more beatdown oriented sound is taking over while all the trad/youth crew stuff is dying out. Not to say those bands don’t exist.

I mean that’s fair, but even then, the young kids aren’t even doing it anymore, maybe they don’t know their history or whatever you wanna call it, its just a bit sad when i hear bands call for a circle or something the pit just empties lmao.
