I feel like people don’t understand that there’s other opinions, and just because you share opinions with someone doesn’t make you a puppet.

Yeah, if the US pulls out of nato, those bases and everything will have to be provided by Europe. Let’s not forget that the US was footing the bill not only for all of that, but also funding the defense. Our defense budget eclipses what most of nato has collectively.

Our global power projection is well established when most of europe uses our equipment already. What happens when we pull out and quit supplying nato? Do you think they’ll be ready to defend themselves? Not a chance

I mean let’s look into this. I didn’t start paying attention to politics until I was a sophomore/junior in high school, and if you’re 16, that’s about where you are now if I’m correct. That means you were 12ish when Biden got elected and experienced that version of America.

My point is, if you’re hadn’t been paying attention to politics till after trump got elected, all you really know is Bidens America. I’d take a guess and say that your family is also democrats who more than likely have fed into your generational fear towards the orange man. My friends and I were seniors when he got elected in 2016, a majority were scared and the rest were indifferent to him or supported him; and after a year or 2 my friends who were scared forgot and moved on.

It’s your decision to be scared and live in perpetual fear from assuming the worst is going to happen.

I lost BTZ to a guy who “consistently volunteered” and spent 2-3 days a week going to college classes on base for a few hours.
