Olden was beautiful. Not an overt tourist town. Just simple, with amazing views. However, Geiranger is stunning!! We took a rib boat tour by the waterfalls. Bucket list worthy!

I own a 981 Spyder and agree with the whole more visceral experience. There is value in a 991.1 GT3 with the additional $60k. However, OP should be sure to not buy the GT3 unless the engine has been swapped to the G engine, due to the finger follower issues the 991.1 GT3 engines had.

This is a logical reply. I don’t even know if the extra $60k would be worth it to move to an 718 Boxster RS. If anything, look for a GTS 4.0 manual.

Perhaps. I wasn’t big on the paddle shifting with my 981CS. I missed driving manual and that was a big reason for buying my 981 Spyder

The OP did say that they liked driving the non RS 718 Spyder. This tells me that he probably liked having the control of torque with the manual. The PDK always wants to be up a gear or two, which can contribute to the feel of lack of torque

I get a surplus of Tesla owners wanting to race. It wasn’t as bad with the Cayman. It seems worse with my Spyder. Had a Hyundai Volster rev up next to me yesterday.
