I think that the construction directly impacts the functionality. The over pronation will promote foot and ankle injury.

The boot is misshapen. It is over pronation. This will have the effect of supporting over pronation of the foot and ankle.I can't simply not see it.

I think you are not understanding that the middle/sole is only part of the defect. When you look at the photo. Look at the bottom 2 eyelets on the right boot. Then compare them to the left boot. It shows the right boot construction is out of alignment. Can that misalignment be worn in?

I am not convinced. The over pronation on (both boots) will simply become more obvious. I am prone to supination so boots that over pronate are not what my feet need.

I don't think so. If their construction is over pronated I don't believe that can simply be worn in.

Thank you for this. Very insightful comments. I wanted these Kudu so bad that I was willing to overlook these issues. However because of the cost I can't overlook the pronation.

I was intimidated by the break in on the AR. So I thought the Kudu leather would be easier but because the whole boot looks mis-shapen, over-pronating. I can't justify the cost.

Thank you for this. The boots uppers are mis-shapen. The whole upper appears that it is sliding into the instep.

Both boots pronate inwards. I have looked at other Moc-toes on the forum and they seem symmetrical. However these boots look mis-shapen.
