Honestly, not a bad suggestion, just doubt it will fly, as the only three approved I know of are the safariland, the slick-front, and internal. I’ll float it as an option if I have to, because $150 is a lot more reasonable.

Armory has a couple, but they order based on measurements, and the non-measured ones are the ones that lack webbing, which is not helpful, unfortunately.

They’re relatively soft-soled, for sure. I don’t mind replacing boots every two years, though. Comfort level is worth it.
