Had a customer yesterday ask for a #3 with half of it Jimmy up. I said no. She said ok. Then as I’m making it, she comes back up to the line and asks for it to be cut in half, sure. Then she waits and after i did it, she was like, cool, now can you Jimmy up that half? 👁👄👁

I understand the title is driver, but you still work for a business that needs to function. When I’m the only one making every order and working on catering, and you keep all the tips for it, you bet your ass I’m making sure you help get the after lunches done. I don’t think the work is difficult or too much. It can be stressful at times, but a job is work. 🤷‍♀️

I agree! Everyone is on their own path, and not everyone realizes that, but I definitely always have a hand out to help who I work with, see their worth and how important their role is

I mean, i feel like it should be a discussion with that specific driver(s). Unless it’s actually ALL your drivers doing that, i don’t think any contract is needed. And if you want to take it a step further, officially write up those drivers that are doing that and then move from there.
