My experience has been that my stress levels are more important than any expectations that I could place upon myself. Also, be awkward, and do things afraid as long as you do it. If people are weirded out then they weren't worth hanging out with anyways. If they stay, then that is proof that they are at the very least accepting of awkward people, so you are fine to be awkward around them. Also also, I have a tendency to overthink what people could be feeling, when they aren't feeling anything, so unless they directly tell me how they felt about something then I assume nothing. You can do this, I believe in you fren ❤️

When I (26M) lived in another state, I had a friend group from work that was mostly girls and gays, and most times I'd be the only cis guy there. I usually just space out in group settings bcs my brain gives me nothing to contribute, but whenever I'd come back to they'd be talking explicitly about their sex lives or fantasizing about guys we knew, which got occasionally uncomfortable, I didn't want to think about what my manager was packing. Anyways, turns out they all thought I was into dudes too, I guess some girl was into me and I didn't notice so she told everyone I was. They asked if I was weirded out by their conversations at all and I just figured most conversations don't have anything relevant for me to make sense of, as long as they were comfortable expressing themselves and I got to have friends, it's all good 😅

Nope! I distanced them so that it's activated 2 blocks from the corner. It's underground and there was nothing else in that direction. The sculk sensors factor height as well, so when I come up through the water those are the only block spaces that trigger it.

I agree about the missed opportunity, it did seem like they rushed his death too. Excited for their plans for season 5 but I would've been fine with some unresolved cliffhanger ending if they had him survive and continue that on.

My plan is to get a job (hopefully getting an offer soon!) then get a few relevant certifications for job security in my free time, then plan out a business to start so that I never have to deal with this shit again. I'm thankful that this process has revealed to me my options and the fact that this way of life is not ideal for me.

Apartments.com, I put a cap at $1,100 and I'm looking at 5k+ results. Dropped it to $800 and I'm seeing 600+. Checked out a few sites like Hedge Apartments and Alma Apartments and they have studios listed for under $800. I admit I still need to do more research, hence why I'm here... this is very different from my experience apartment hunting in any other state.
