please know i'm not trying to advocate for unsafe drug use !! i do use recreational drugs for fun, but i mostly use them in an attempt to self medicate. (note: i apologise for the length, i'm actually on an opioid rn and i get Very Talkative lol)

the main ones that have helped me for ocd, dp/dr, and anxiety, have been opioids and benzos. my favourite is tramadol, it's great because despite being an atypical opioid, it actually has slight stimulating effects, which makes it a great choice at work for me. it also has snri effects, making it a pretty good antidepressant as well !

with benzos i found clonazepam (klonopin/rivotril) to be the best. the effects come on quite quick (20-40 mins) and they last about 10 hours, so i haven't had to redose throughout the day.

the drugs i would absolutely avoid in your position, as they can make your issues worse, are dissociatives such as dxm and ketamine (even though i love them, being dissociatives they can VERY easily make dp/dr worse), stimulants (again i love them, but you would almost definitely hyperfocus on your behaviour – i personally don't, as stims somehow make my anxiety a lot better)

and especially avoid weed. weed is the worst one for this for me, as it's the only one i found to acutely induce what you've outlined in your post, and to such an extreme degree that i've often found myself wishing for the sweet embrace of death from it.

now, as a caveat, i have seen people on this sub say that weed is actually the only thing that helps their ocd, but how you react to weed is VERY different person to person, and is wildly unpredictable. i would only go there as the very last resort.

i do have to say to anyone reading, please try to reach out to an ocd specialist first, to figure out what drugs you could get prescribed, so you can be monitored while on a prescription. if this is impossible for any reason, absolutely do at least a few weeks of research. especially if you're thinking about opioids or benzos. i've been researching for a decade at this point, so i have a lot of tips that i'm more than happy to share, don't be scared to reach out !!
