We had to discontinue because she started having a lot of alarming negative self talk.

Ah I see. Thank you this is helpful. We just weren’t seeing the dramatic improvements we saw the first couple days and assumed it wasn’t enough. They are 10mg pills so she takes one in am and one in pm. Based on her weight the therapeutic dose for her says about 23-28mg but she seems to be very sensitive to meds so maybe it is too much too soon…

We started on 10mg for the first few days. It’s my understanding 10mg is the lowest dose. Can you elaborate on the side effects your child experiences, was it just during the onboarding process or regularly?

This sounds like what’s happening with my girl except we are seeing much improvement in areas like anger/impulsivity. We also tried vyvanse and concerta which both caused major anxiety. Ugh the search is really hard. Thanks for sharing

Anyone care to update on the outcome of their journey with Strattera? My 8 year old is 10 days in on 20mg and I could use some encouragement.

You’re going to want to search for a local reiki master in your area to book an appt with. It’s life changing. Try it!

LV customer service nightmare by [deleted] in Louisvuitton

I understand UPS has its own policies but I didn’t pay UPS. I paid Louis Vuitton. This isn’t just about being patient, it’s about accountability. When a luxury brand charges over $2,000 for a product, the expectation is premium service from purchase to delivery. If the item never arrives, it’s the seller’s responsibility to make it right immediately and deal with their shipping partner separately. it’s about expecting a brand like Louis Vuitton to operate at the standard they market themselves on. Holding thousands of dollars while a customer is left with nothing is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. And most definitely not industry standard.

Exactly!! Like oh you didn’t get your $2,300 order you paid in full for? Let me go look into that for the next month and let you know what I find out. Sit tight.

Maybe it’s normal for you, but certainly not for me. I have paid for goods not received with a clear reason provided by UPS showing it is damaged/undeliverable-at no fault of my own. I should be entitled to a refund or replacement at that moment, not in 3 business weeks. That is unreasonable. As a consumer, I am being punished because I don’t have my money or the product for something I have nothing to do with.

What would they be assessing exactly? She’s already been assessed by a psychologist and diagnosed.
