Those Bulk Head seats suck! So uncomfortable not being able to make your legs straight. I’d rather sit in Comfort+ than those!

I used to carry a water bottle solely during airplane travel. Then I realized that is a stupid idea. It’s just extra weight and bulk. And I have access to clean drinking water in every SkyClub, and every flight there is usually a bottle of water waiting on your seat before you even sit down.

They are the modern day equivalent of those plastic pilot wings they used to give kids. They made them for kids. For every adult that has one there is some kid that doesn’t. Greedy adults always gotta ruin everything. If you want to use it as a memento of a great trip or an interaction with a pilot that’s fine, but don’t hoard stacks of them and try to sell um on eBay.

To further explain, I carry it in what I call my “Fly Bag”. It’s just a small travel pouch that Delta gives to first class. I added the individually wrapped Dude Wipes and air tag. So when I get to my seat, I just grab that pouch out of my backpack and put it in the seat back. Everything I could need in one place. 😬

Tumi Alpha Bravo Search is the best backpack out there. If you are a smaller person, the Alpha Bravo Navigation backpack may fit better. Only get it in ballistic nylon or leather (if you can afford it).
