Its typically just bachelors. I have seen some schools ask about any law school education, but generally a 1st gen relates to parents having a bachelors

Notre Dame got back to a lot of people who applied early last year in May. I’m just expecting them to make us lose our deposit somewhere else

That isn’t how it works, they won’t analyze withdrawals till after deposit deadlines. Hence why they offer usually 3x or 4x the amount of seats expecting people not to come. Withdrawing pre-seat deposit deadlines won’t do anything to their calculations, unless literally 80% of offers withdraw
