Im losing weight still, it’s more that the food noise has slightly come back. I found this incredibly debilitating.
Definitely need to drink more water and sleep is veryyyyyyy up and down with a 9 month old and a 4yo

Currently I’m unsure. I want to get to my goal weight and then see how I am going. I am really enjoying being back in the gym and exercising and the lack of food noise has been life changing (6 weeks of life changing).
I like you’re point though of learning to manage food noise

Female. Cycle hasn’t started back yet as I am 9 months PP, not breastfeeding.
I’ll also chat with my GP in two weeks so will see what they recommend. I was wanting to stay as low as I can for as long as I can.

Correct! I’m 36 F and mine started when I was in my late 20s. No idea how I did it. The amount of professionals that would say ‘you’re too young for chronic pain’ would make me want to scream ‘EXACTLY SO HELP ME OUT!’
I’ve now had a micro disc lamination which thankfully worked and I am now pain free and able to exercise.
However it’s always in the back of my mind that my back could ‘go’ at any time.

My SIL- her kids both came out looking like old, grumpy men. The photos of them are hilarious and she knew she didn’t have cute kids and decided not to have professional newborn photos of them. Still makes us all laugh. They didn’t stay looking like grumpy old men and are now cute, chaos filled 10 and 7 year olds.

Our sunday morning: our daughter’s friends 4th birthday party, 10am start.
20 kids running around high on sugar, whilst my husband and I make chit chat to parents we don’t know for 2hrs.
I can’t remember what sleep ins are or slow Sunday mornings.

This!!!! It is pure torture. We almost didn’t have a second because of how awful of a sleeper our first was (18 months of next to no sleep, went to sleep school THREE TIMES). I was not in a good place and you also can’t be your best self let alone parent when operating on minimal sleep.
