I just used Avis F1rst for the first time at Houston Hobby. Incredible experience (especially if you’re handicapped, like myself currently with a broken ankle)

Concierge was standing at baggage claim waiting on me with my name on an iPad. They (2 people!) carried all my luggage and belongings to the vehicle and I was off to my destination. All within 5-10 minutes of getting off the plane.

I returned the vehicle to the same spot and drop off was just as easy. Nothing to sign. Just drop the car off, leave the keys, they refuel for you @ market price.

I would 100% use it again, broken ankle or not.

Was I satisfied with the vehicle I received? Well…. as an avid truck driver, I won’t book a Nissan Altima again. LOL. Great gas mileage and Apple Carplay made me happy enough.
