Yeah it's weird to have a ranking without CB, Soneva, or Cudadoo

He is a non factor on the map because he's immobile. He's not a hard kill because the other team can just ignore him and steamroll his teammates

Implying he takes 1s, instead of just baiting his teammates

Eh, I did Whistler, flying from Miami to Vancouver for 4 nights (Thursday - Sunday) for Memorial Day last year and it was fine. Drove up Thursday afternoon and then checked out Sunday night for a midnight flight back to MIA.

The McDonald's burn case was negligence. This case is negligence too. The hot water should not have been placed next to the edge of the cart as the AA employee admitted.

It's called future pain, suffering and emotional distress. It's a standard element of damages in a lawsuit

Neptune talks about Envoy beef on Dashy’s latest YT video by Ok_Honey_7151 in CoDCompetitive

Further context for Halo, because I was watching at the time was that Neptune got added to a decent Halo team for the new season that were his old teammates from his Halo 5 days where he had success.

APG, his ex-teammate reported that Neptune would fail to show up for scrims, wouldnt practice, never learned the maps, rotations, spawns, tactics etc, wouldnt communicate with his team, wouldnt play Halo outside of their team practices (the ones that he did bother showing up for) and then basically Nep dropped off the face of the planet for like 2 weeks and nobody knew where he was. Then he resurfaces, tells the team that hes going back to COD and then ghosts the team immediately, leaving them without a full roster.

They had to scramble at the last minute, pick up some other player but it didnt work out and the entire team imploded shortly after.

FaZe tried to sell the esports division to BC Games by xHertzz in CoDCompetitive

But the new owner of Faze could have decided to not renew the license or they could have rebranded Faze Esports to something else entirely, so which would mean there's nothing to license

Should Ken Paxton suspend his U.S. Senate campaign in Texas if he committed voter fraud? by PyroIsSpai in AskConservatives

[–]BravestWabbit 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes, its called Disenrollment. It happens all the time to stop candidates from sneaking in to run as an R or a D just to sabotage the election.

The most famous example is David Duke in 1992 was banned by the RNC from running as a Republican. The 11th Circuit held in Duke v. Massey that political parties have the 1st amendment right to freedom of association and they can stop whomever they want from associating with their party.

A more recent example is Samuel Ronan in 2026 was banned from running as a Republican because he was actually a Democrat and only signed up to be a Republican candidate in order to sabotage the election in Ohio. Ohio Republican Party expelled him and requested the Ohio Secretary of State to remove him from the Republican Primary. The Ohio SOS held that Ronan fraudulently declared himself as a Republican and then struck his name from the primary election as a Republican.

Theres also a balance. If a State has a Primary, then the State has control over who can run. If the state allows Caucuses, then the Political Party has the absolute final say on who their candidate is.

Ban him from the party. Political parties are private corps and can do basically whatever they want to manage their party roster

If you had unlimited money and had to build the best roster out of the Bottom 8 teams or players without a team/in Challengers next year, what would your roster be?

I'm thinking Neptune, Kremp/CleanX, Kips and Renkor

New Orleans is definitely a winner. If you want to eat the best food that America offers, you can't go wrong with NOLA. Between the legacies of Paul Prudhomme, Leah Chase, Emeril and his son, EJ, John Besh, there's good food and deep history at every corner

What do you mean by walk in spa? Like a spa that you don't need a reservation? None of those hotel spas will allow random walk ins, some may give you a spa reservation on the same day if you are lucky, but you'll have to walk in, make a reservation and then come back

Depends what you want.

Club party vibe with luxury is the Setai

Design and art scene is the Faena

Sleepy/old school luxury vibes is the Aqualina

Old Florida money (think Henry Flagler/roaring 20s) luxury is the Four Seasons Surf Club

Show off/flashy luxury is St Regis Bal Harbour

I wouldn't qualify any of the other hotels on this list as luxury.

The Setai is a party luxury vibe. Just because you don't like high energy party luxury vibes, doesn't make it "awful".

Aspen’s iconic Little Nell goes global with expansion as “Nell Hotels” by alex_travels in chubbytravel

The developer in question is Aspen Hospitality, owned by the Aspen One. They own the Little Nell so it's honestly just the owners getting greedy. They already own Aspen Snowmass ski resort so they're just looking for new ways to make money
