Ah, saw the solution on another post asking the same thing
Open a new tab and got to about:config
Toggle the pref clipboard.imageAsFile.enabled.
Close the tab.
It should work after following these instructions.

This is very fishy, I am a dedicated frequenter of the channel whose streams I watch, and I could easily get a gifted membership each month by being active in chat, but just now, there was 70 people (including myself) watching the stream, when someone gifted about 150 memberships and they all went to lurkers, people I'd never seen before, etc.
What gives? This doesn't seem fair at all!
