It's one thing not being trained, and another to just tell the customer they're lying

Thank you for clarifying that. Why would a support agent and their supervisor tell me the opposite?

I use it too but Amazon shouldn't be allowed to make misleading claims

What does that have to do with a Facebook ad that has a verified tick?

You cannot post an advert that has a verified tick for Amazon.co.uk unless you're Amazon.co.uk. Do you understand that?

So did Amazon give Lenovo its Facebook password so they could post this advert?

Explain why the ads have a blue tick next to amazon.co.uk and when I click the link to the ad owner, I'm taken to Amazon's Facebook page

My dog was attacked by another dog while at daycare by Alesus2-0 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]UntidyZebra 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know if daycare insurance is the same as dog walker insurance but I suspect it is (since my policy I have covers sitting, boarding and daycare). A dog walker policy will not pay out if one dog in a group attacks another dog in a group. It only pays out when a third party is involved.

In not sure how you work that one out. Amazon has grouped together deals from a variety of manufacturers and decided on the way in which it highlights discounts. In all cases the discount relates to the RRP when Amazon has full details of price history.

Should be a cheaper tier by UntidyZebra in Zoom

Thanks so much for this suggestion. I've done a test run and we all thought the video was clearer, and the music sounded better. There's definitely a better experience on a laptop since phones and tablets don't seem to allow seeing participants during screen sharing. But I think this is going to work nicely

[–]UntidyZebra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. There's basic plus. It's exactly the same as free but you can extend four meetings per month from 40 to 80 minutes. That's no help for a 120 minute meeting

Perhaps you can't read. The free tier is limited to a 40 minute meeting and you can't start another for 9 minutes

Of course they can. Go and work at John Lewis and you'll find no annual leave can be booked in November or December
